All Sales Final

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited drops or pre-orders

  • Items damaged due to normal wear, washing, or misuse

  • Items returned without prior approval


Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.


Refunds

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an exception is approved, it will be handled as a replacement or store credit.
